China shopping agents: what we could verify
A shopping agent buys from Chinese marketplaces for you, stores your items and ships them abroad. Agents open, rebrand and close quickly, so this page records only what we measured on a given date and leaves everything else blank.

Not verified for any agent
We did not verify service fees, shipping rates, supported countries beyond what is quoted above, refund and dispute handling, affiliate or referral terms, or how an agent treats counterfeit goods (apart from the existence of Superbuy's policy link). Fee schedules and policies are on each agent's own site; read the current ones before paying.
Pandabuy
Our request got no response. Wikipedia's article and trade press (RetailDetail) report that Pandabuy was sued by brands and targeted by enforcement actions over counterfeit goods in 2024, and describe the service as closed. We have not independently confirmed the closure date, and one failed request is weak evidence on its own. If you used it, check any balance or parcel you had with it through official notices.
How to use an agent more safely
- Keep wallet balances small and pay per order where possible; agents closing with money inside is the failure that has actually happened.
- Compare the total cost (item, service fee, international shipping, import tax), not the headline "0% fee".
- Read the agent's counterfeit policy. Agents that facilitate counterfeits have been pursued legally, and parcels containing them can be seized.
- Use a payment method that offers buyer protection.
